Campus Support Services

Campus Support Services (CSS) is a service team providing technical support and guest services in support of events, classes, gatherings, and performing arts across campus.

The Venue Services unit provides facility management and event services for the Frist Campus Center; 701 Carnegie Center; Overlook and Helm administrative offices; East Pyne/Chancellor Green; Julis Romo Rabinowitz Building and the Louis A. Simpson International Building.

The Performing Arts Services unit oversees Richardson Auditorium, the Lewis Arts complex, and the Frist Theater, and supports theaters across campus, providing house management, logistics, and production support for student organizations, University departments, and external clients. University Ticketing annually distributes over 200,000 tickets for arts and athletic events.

Audio and Video (A/V) Services provides audio and video support for classes and events, assists with the A/V design and integration for classrooms and department spaces, and provides video broadcast, simulcast, and post-production services.

In addition, CSS provides support for major University convocations, including the coordination of guest services and event logistics for Opening Exercises and Commencement.
