The Service Point is an integrated customer service center located in the New South Building. The Service Point fields all incoming inquiries for housing, transportation, and parking, and offers passport photo and notary services. The office also administers and produces the University ID cards (i.e., TigerCards) that provide access privileges to buildings, meal plans, the library, and on- and off-campus retail locations through financial debit and charge plans.
The Service Point is part of an overall University Services commitment to ensuring a fully integrated approach to customer service.
